Every eMazzanti managed firewall is a service, not just a box. When you build your plan you choose one of three service levels — Basic, Premium or Premium XTM. All three include your rented, pre-configured Firebox and NinjaToolKit audits; the difference is how much we run for you.
Basic
Your rented Firebox, configured before it ships, with NinjaToolKit AI audits, monitoring and alerting. Support to fix findings is billed as time and materials. A good fit when you have some IT capacity and want the firewall watched and audited.
Premium
Everything in Basic, plus 24/7 eMazzanti remediation support, proactive threat response, cloud management, logs and reports, and multi-WAN. Fixing what NinjaToolKit finds is included in the plan (moves and changes excepted). The right level for most offices that want it fully handled.
Premium XTM
Everything in Premium, plus traffic shaping, VPN and SSL VPN, proxy changes on request, and wireless controller management. For offices that need remote access and finer control over their traffic.
How to choose
Office size is only a guide — pick the level by the support you want. Choose Basic for monitoring and audits, Premium for 24/7 support, and Premium XTM when you need VPN and traffic control. Each level shows the monthly price for your exact setup in the shop, so you can compare all three before you decide. Everything runs on a 3-year term, billed monthly.
