Sized, configured and managed as one service — not boxes you wire together yourself.

Getting a managed firewall in place is four steps, and we handle most of them. Here is what happens from the moment you order to the day your network is protected.

1. Choose your plan

Pick a Tabletop or Rack Mount Firebox, a service level (Basic, Premium or Premium XTM) and any add-ons like Wi-Fi, switches or wireless failover. Check out by card, or prepare a quote to pay by invoice.

2. We configure it

Your Firebox is configured for your site by our certified engineers before it ships — so it arrives set up for your network, not as a blank box.

3. It arrives ready

Connect it at your office. We confirm it is online and protecting your network.

4. We run it

We manage the firewall for the full term, and NinjaToolKit audits it on a regular schedule — checking it against the latest vulnerabilities, flagging anything that drifts, and confirming each fix held.

What to have ready

Before it arrives, have your internet details, a rough network layout and the list of who needs VPN access handy — the "Before your Firebox arrives" checklist has the full list.
