What the rental includes
The Firebox is rented from eMazzanti for the 3-year term and includes the WatchGuard Basic Security Suite. You pay a one-time rental fee for the equipment, and the managed service is billed monthly. Our certified engineers configure the Firebox for your site before it ships, so it is ready to protect your network the day it arrives.
Why rent instead of buy
A firewall is only as strong as its configuration, and configurations drift. When you buy a box outright you own the hardware, but also the work: configuring it, tracking and renewing licenses, and keeping it current. With the rental, the hardware, the security licensing, the setup and the ongoing management all come in one plan — no upfront purchase, no licenses to chase, and NinjaToolKit auditing it on a schedule.
The term
